Quotations and Validity

All quotations are subject to the written confirmed version and validity window. Price may change due to material fluctuation or spec changes.

Order execution follows the mutually confirmed PI or contract. Lead times are based on production scheduling and logistics conditions.

Payment methods follow the order agreement, commonly T/T. Alternative settlement terms may be discussed for qualified orders.

Quality claims should be raised within agreed timelines and include photo/video evidence. Resolution follows contract terms.
